Visas & Passports

Entry Requirements

Passports must have at least 6 months validity from return date. Most nationalities receive 90-day visa-free entry for Chile, Argentina, and Iceland.

We provide full visa advisory and embassy letters upon booking confirmation.

Packing Gear Guide

Layering System

The 3-layer system is vital: moisture-wicking base layer, insulating fleece/down mid-layer, and a waterproof/windproof Gore-Tex outer shell.

Sturdy, broken-in waterproof hiking boots with ankle support are mandatory for trekking tours.

Health & Altitude

Safety First

Comprehensive travel medical insurance is required on all tours. Our guides carry satellite phones, first-aid kits, and pulse oximeters.

Stay hydrated and ascend gradually on alpine passes above 2,500 meters.

Climate Insights

Wilderness destinations feature dynamic microclimates. In Patagonia, you may experience four seasons in a single day. In Iceland, weather changes by the hour.

Our itineraries are planned around seasonal windows to maximize safety, scenic beauty, and wildlife encounters.

Patagonia (Oct – Apr)

Warmest months (10°C to 18°C), longer daylight (up to 17 hours), and prime wildlife viewing.

Iceland (Sep – Mar / Jun – Aug)

Aurora season runs Sep–Mar. Midnight sun, lupine blooms, and puffins thrive Jun–Aug.
